Emily is a lawyer in the Fintech + Web3 team at Gilbert + Tobin with a focus on financial services regulation, fintech and crypto. She advises a range of clients on various matters to do with payment, crypto and blockchain solutions, centralised and decentralised finance, financial services, consumer credit, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing and stored value regulation. Emily contributes to G+T’s Pro Bono practice, including acting as a volunteer solicitor for the Marrickville Legal Centre. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts (Media & Communications) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney. Emily joined the board in November 2023.
