During 2024-25 we worked to:

• help people access Centrelink payments and challenge unfair debts.
• provide expert guidance and support to over 1,500 individuals with social security law issues.
• achieve a key policy change improving outcomes for dependent family members of refugees.
• strengthen ties with Services Australia, with improved outcomes through the Advocates Channel.
• educate over 1900 community workers with information sessions across NSW.
• advocate for change and law reform, specifically the Disability Support Pension eligibility and income support for domestic violence survivors.
• expand our pro bono partnerships, boosting support for clients with complex matters.
• build partnerships with Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations.
• welcome over 100 volunteers, strengthen governance, and build new communications and reporting systems.
